Invoices
At Studio29 our classes run during term time only. Therefore we work on half termly payments. At the start of every new half term you will be invoiced for the upcoming half term. Fees are expected to be paid prior to the first returning class. A late charge of £1 per week will be added to any late fees.
FIRST CLASS FREE
For all new pupils who join us, they will receive their first class for free! If after the free class you wish to continue with us we will send an invoice reflecting the fees for the remainder of the half term.
Prices
Age 2 - 3 (toddler) classes = £4 for 1 class or £7 for 2
Age 3 - 5 classes = £4.75 per class
Yr 1 - 3 classes = £5.25 per class
Yr 4 - 7 classes = £5.75 per class
Cheerleading 1.5 hour class = £8 per class
Any other 1 hour classes = £5.75 per class
Membership
In 2024 we would like to explore the Membership route as a trial.
Here's a breakdown of what we are offering:
Age 3 – 5 (1 class) membership = £17 a month
Year 1 – 3 (1 class) membership = £20 a month
Yr 4 – 7 (1
class) membership = £21 a month
There will be an option to have a 2 and 3 class membership whereby you just double or triple the monthly amount. These amounts have been spread across the school weeks (39) and then split into 12 monthly payments. There is an additional admin fee to those who leave within the first year of being with us.
You will
also get a 10% discount for our holiday workshops
The Small Print
Once enrolled with us a link will be sent to you to sign up to our membership. Please complete this before your first paid class with us (after your trial). We reserve the right to refuse enrolment if the Direct Debit (Go Cardless) form is failed to be completed prior to your fist paid class. If you sign up with us midway through the month, we will take 1 pro-rata payment for that month and your subscription will begin the next month. Payment is scheduled to come out at the end of every month. Fees have been based on a school year and split into 11 months – there will be no payment taken for August. All members will receive a 10% discount for any holiday workshops run by Studio29.
Absences
Classes are non-refundable - if a class is missed you will not be refunded. Failure to attend a class for 3 consecutive weeks without communication or reason will result in an automatic membership cancelation and you will be withdrawn from any classes.
Cancellation
You are free to cancel your membership at any point. You can cancel your membership by notifying Studio29 via email. Once this has been received your last payment will be scheduled to leave at the end of that month. You are welcome to attend the classes until your last payment is taken.
